I think on Linux "Reload" does not change the player's state.
If it was playing, it continues to do so; if it was stopped, it 
continues to do so too.
Then it starts playing by Play->Play(or Ctl-P).

We *think* we've <tev> is fully implemented in ambulant-2.0 and up.
All examples use begin attr. instead but I check the interop tests and 
next works.
